Raffaello RE cooperates with the German agency from Munich, Casa Bella-Helga Strohmaier; we met Mrs. Helga Strohmaier, the agency holder, during a fair at Cologne ten years ago. After we’ve exchanged our business-cards, we’ve told her about our activities and restoring-projects of old farm and country houses among and on the soft hills of the Marche – Region. Mrs. Helga was immediately interested and visibly fascinated in these kind of material-recovery activities and conservation of the original look of this properties; she came one month later to visit us and fall definitely in love with the Marche –Region, she has just heard about our region, but hasn’t never seen it. The surveyor Pietro Tassi, the group- holder has carried Mrs. Helga to some of our building-sites to show her examples of the restoring technique; the agency Casa Bella-Helga Strohmaier has still cooperations with Piedmont and Tuscany and we’ve developed not only a sincerely friendship, but also a strong cooperation Raffaello RE and Casa Bella- Helga Strohmaier, offering together real estates and assisting customers and vendors.

Casa Bella- Helga Strohmaier works especially on the German, Dutch, Belgian, Austrian and Swiss market and RaffaelloRE assists generally English, American and Russian customers; both agencies grant the complete language assistance, starting from the first mails up to the inspection trip of the RE, organized totally by the agencies, also booking an accommodation in the environment and giving advices about touristic sites, providing information brochures; usually we make during our inspection tours a pleasant brake for a tasting of typical products of our region. Visiting the properties is the only way to listen customer’s sensations; just the first impressions entering in the house, permit him to understand if this could be the house his looking for and when he has taken an decision and won’t see other ones, the technical staff in our office is available to answer all questions and assisting him in all following steps. Raffaello RE and Casa Bella-Helga Strohmaier manage the hole purchase practice, assisting the customer in the preparation and translation of all necessari documents, providing a simultaneous interpreter during the deed day.
